AIMS
The aim of this programme is to equip employees who are currently performing or recently appointed to a supervisory management role with enhanced skills to lead and manage their teams effectively

DURATION

OBJECTIVE
On completion of this programme, participants will be able to:
- Explain the key elements that influence the management of remote workers, including the range of remote working practices, contractual and organisational policy considerations, legislative and regulatory requirements, and benefits and disadvantages
- Manage and implement change in the workplace, by identifying areas for change and developing a change implementation plan
- Evaluate and improve motivation and performance levels in the workplace
- Produce written documents for defined business purposes that satisfy organisational conventions, meet specified standards and incorporate material such as statistics or visuals
- Explain how to manage and minimise stress for both self and team members
- Apply digital skills for engaging productively in the use of online communication tools, word processing software and any other software as required for workplace communications and learning and assessment purposes
- Develop the transversal skills of learning to learn, communication, personal, interpersonal, intrapersonal, leadership and teamworking skills

PROGESSION
The successful completion of this Leading Through Change programme will help participants in supervisory management roles carry out their role more efficiently and effectively
CERTIFICATION
On successful completion of the programme, learners will receive a Certificate in Leadership and Management from ILM (equivalent of QQI Level 6 on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications)
