On successful completion of this course learners will have an understanding of the importance of hygiene in the preparation, supply and storage of food and the prevention of food contamination

CERTIFICATION

On successful completion of the course, learners will receive a Primary Food Safety Level 2 Certificate from the Environmental Health Association of Ireland (EHAI)
