Congratulations to the trainee chefs from The Talbot Collection Chef Development Programme, who successfully completed their Diploma in Culinary Skills course with KWETB in Naas and Wicklow! KWETB is delighted with the programme’s success. This innovative course has allowed KWETB and industry work together to support the skills shortage in the hospitality sector. Participants on the course successfully completed modules in:
