The hospitality apprenticeship provides the opportunity to earn a salary as an employee while gaining valuable knowledge and skills. Participants will learn both on-the-job and in our start-of-the-art culinary kitchens while being paid throughout.
At least 50% of apprenticeship learning is completed in the workplace and leads to nationally recognised qualifications.
Apprentices ‘earn while they learn’ meaning participants will have an employment contract and are paid a salary for the duration of their apprenticeship training.
